College of Hotel Management and Tourism in Srinivas University Mangalore conducted one day National Conference on "DEVELOPING INDIAN TOURISM: INNOVATIVE IDEAS AND PRACTICES" on 20July, 2019.
Dr. T.Mallikarjunappa (Professor - Department of Business Administration, Dean -Faculty of Commerce, Mangalore University) was the Chief Guest. Sri CA.A.Raghavendra Rao, (Chancellor - Srinivas University & President - A.Shama Rao Foundation) presided over the function. Dr. P. S. Aithal (Vice-chancellor Srinivas University), Dr. Ajay (Registrar -Development, Srinivas University), Prof. S.Swaminathan(Dean- College of Hotel Management and Tourism) were present during the function. The key note speaker was Prof. Pradeep M.D (College of Social Sciences and Humanities, Srinivas University).
Twenty three papers related to Indian Tourism was presented by Faculties of Srinivas University and other Colleges.
