BAKING BUDDIES I - Bakery Workshop

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, conducted a workshop for the Pre-University level students on 14 November, 2019. Students from Sharada PU College, Mangalore attended the workshop. Basic baking skills were demonstrated with the preparation of Banana bread and Peanut Butter Cookies by the participants. The workshop was organised by Mr.Chaitanya, Asst. Professor, Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism. Prof. Swaminathan, Dean - Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, handed over the participation certificate to the students.

Students from St. Aloysius PU College - Mangalore , attended the workshop. Basic baking skills were demonstrated with the preparation of Chocolate cake making and Cookies by the participants.
