POOKKALAM 2019


Srinivas University College of Hotel Management &Tourism and Srinivas College of Hotel Management conducted Inter Collegiate flower carpet competition POOKKALAM - 2019 on September 4, 2019. Thirty teams of various colleges from Mangalore participated in this competition. Prof. Prasanth Prabhu and Prof. Sujatha Shankar were the chief organisors of the event.

THIRD PRIZE : Ms. Sharminaaz/ Swathi / Gowthami / Anamika
                             SRIDEVI COLLEGE (BBA), MANGALORE

BAKING BUDDIES I - Bakery Workshop

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, conducted a workshop for the Pre-University level students on 14 November, 2019. Students from Sharada PU College, Mangalore attended the workshop. Basic baking skills were demonstrated with the preparation of Banana bread and Peanut Butter Cookies by the participants. The workshop was organised by Mr.Chaitanya, Asst. Professor, Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism. Prof. Swaminathan, Dean - Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, handed over the participation certificate to the students.
