Fire Safety Awareness Program

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management and Tourism organised an Awareness Programme in Fire Safety for the students of   Third and First semester BHMCT & BScHM on September 30, 2019. The programme was conducted by Mr Rajesh, Fire Station officer, Pandeshwar, Mangalore along with his team of firemen in the University Campus. Mr. Athul Dange, student of BHMCT III Semester, welcomed the gathering. Mr Rajesh delivered a lecture to the students on fire, its components, classes and the related sciences. He also enlightened the students on the use of fire fighting equipment and dealing in cases of fire emergency.  A practical demonstration of the use of various fire fighting equipment and fire handling was also conducted and students were also made to participate.

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management &Tourism and Srinivas College of Hotel Management conducted Inter Collegiate flower carpet competition POOKKALAM - 2019 on September 4, 2019. Thirty teams of various colleges from Mangalore participated in this competition. BAKING BUDDIES I - Bakery Workshop

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, conducted a workshop for the Pre-University level students on 14 November, 2019. Students from Sharada PU College, Mangalore attended the workshop. Basic baking skills were demonstrated with the preparation of Banana bread and Peanut Butter Cookies by the participants. The workshop was organised by Mr.Chaitanya, Asst. Professor, Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism. Prof. Swaminathan, Dean - Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, handed over the participation certificate to the students.
