Baking Buddies - III

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, conducted a workshop for the Pre-University level students on 14 December, 2019. Students from Saraswat Education Society, Mangalore, attended the workshop. Basic baking skills were demonstrated with the preparation of Donuts, Cupcake and Chocolate Ganache  by the participants. The workshop was organised by Mr.Chaitanya, Asst. Professor, Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism. Prof. Swaminathan, Dean - Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, handed over the participation certificate to the students.

Students from Parijnana PU College - Ullal, attended the workshop. Basic baking skills were demonstrated with the preparation of Banana bread and Peanut Butter Cookies by the participants. COOKING WITHOUT FIRE COMPETITION - SAGA 2K19

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management and Tourism organised a 'Cooking Without Fire Competition' for Pre-University level students on November 7, 2019 as part of SAGA-2K19. Twenty teams from different PU Colleges in and around Mangalore participated in the competition. Prof. Sujatha Shankar and Prof. Prashanth Prabhu were the chief organizers for the event.
