Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, conducted a workshop for the Pre-University level students on 14 December, 2019. Students from Saraswat Education Society, Mangalore, attended the workshop. Basic baking skills were demonstrated with the preparation of Donuts, Cupcake and Chocolate Ganache by the participants. The workshop was organised by Mr.Chaitanya, Asst. Professor, Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism. Prof. Swaminathan, Dean - Srinivas University College of Hotel Management & Tourism, handed over the participation certificate to the students.
